STOLEN Rosemary Manhattan
 

Ingredients:

2 oz STOLEN Whiskey
½ oz Campano Antica
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Sprigs Rosemary
Fresh Cherries
Rosemary and Cherry Garnish

 

Method:

Light one rosemary sprig on fire, extinguish and let smolder underneath chilled rock glass on fireproof surface. Muddle cherries in a glass with whiskey and Campano and stir over ice. Strain into rosemary glass and garnish with the other sprig and a cherry. Can be served up or on the rocks.

 
STOLEN Honey Sage Sour
 

Ingredients:

2 oz Black Tea Infused with STOLEN Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey
1 Egg White
4 Fresh Sage Leaves
Dash Angostura bitters

 

Method:

Steep 1 bag of black tea in 2 cups STOLEN whiskey for 2 hours in a covered container to create black tea infused whiskey. Combine black tea infused STOLEN Whiskey, lemon juice, honey, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover and shake until chilled. Tear 3 sage leaves in large pieces and add for the final shake. Pour into coup glass and garnish with remaining sage leaf and a dash of angostura bitters.

 
Game of Thrones Wildfire Punch
 

Ingredients:

2 oz STOLEN Overproof Rum
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Aloe Vera Juice
1 Lemon Rind
2 Kiwis
1/2 Sliced Cucumber
3 Thin Slices of Honeydew
15 Fresh Mint Leaves
3 Whole Cloves
2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
10 Dashes Fee Bros Mint Bitters

 

Method:

Combine the STOLEN Overproof Rum, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, lime juice, aloe vera juice, lemon rind, kiwis, cucumbers, honeydew, mint, cloves, sugar and Fee Bros mint bitters into mason jar. Refrigerate and let stand for 24 hours. Strain into a mason jar full of ice.

 
STOLEN Blood and Sand
 

Ingredients:

3/4 oz STOLEN Whiskey
3/4 oz Blood Orange Juice
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Cherry Heering
Orange Peel Garnish

 

Method:

Combine STOLEN Whiskey, blood orange juice, sweet vermouth and cherry heering into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover and shake until chilled. Pour into rocks glass filled with ice and add another splash of blood orange juice. Garnish with orange peel.

Ingredients:

1 oz STOLEN Overproof Rum
2 ½ oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz Campari
4 oz Sparkling Wine
Squeeze of Lime
Pineapple, Lime and Maraschino Cherry Garnish

 

Method:

Shake with ice. Pour over ice in a highball glass and top with 4 ounces chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a pineapple, lime and Luxardo Maraschinocherry skewer.

 
Smoked Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

2 oz STOLEN Smoked Rum
4 oz Tomato juice
½ oz Pickle juice
½ tsp Horseradish
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Celery Salt
½ tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 Dashes Sriracha
Dill Pickle Spear, Bacon and Soppressata Garnish

Method:

Coat the rim of a pint glass with Old Bay Seasoning. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake lightly; —you want to mix the ingredients without melting too much of the ice— and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with a kosher dill pickle spear, bacon and soppressata.
