Passionfruit Mojito

 

Ingredients:

60 ml STOLEN Gold Rum
25 ml Passionfruit Puree
1 tsp (heaped) Brown Sugar
6 Lime Wedges
10 – 12 Mint Leaves
2/3 of a Glass Crushed Ice
Splash of Soda

 

Method:

Muddle lime and sugar then pour in STOLEN Gold Rum, passionfruit puree and clapped mint. Stir and top with soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
