The Sai Tai

 

Ingredients:

45 ml STOLEN White Rum
30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
20 ml Passionfruit Syrup
Top up with Soda
Mint Sprig for garnish

 

Method:

Build over ice: STOLEN White Rum, lime juice and passionfruit syrup. Stir, then top with soda and garnish with mint sprig.
