STOLEN Honey Sage Sour

 

Ingredients:

2 oz Black Tea Infused with STOLEN Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey
1 Egg White
4 Fresh Sage Leaves
Dash Angostura bitters

 

Method:

Steep 1 bag of black tea in 2 cups STOLEN whiskey for 2 hours in a covered container to create black tea infused whiskey. Combine black tea infused STOLEN Whiskey, lemon juice, honey, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover and shake until chilled. Tear 3 sage leaves in large pieces and add for the final shake. Pour into coup glass and garnish with remaining sage leaf and a dash of angostura bitters.
