Walker

 

Ingredients:

40 ml STOLEN Gold Rum
20 ml Lime Juice
30 ml Apple Juice
10 ml Melon Liquor
Splash (5 ml) Sugar Syrup
1⁄2 Kiwifruit, muddled

 

Method:

Muddle kiwi fruit in tall glass, then build all remaining ingredients over ice. Stir well, top with ginger beer and garnish with mint sprig.
